What to prepare before IV therapy
Plan your IV drip around your travel schedule so you have time to rest before and after. Most appointments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the protocol; NAD+ and exosome sessions can take longer.
Hydration and meals
Drink water in the hours before your appointment and have a light meal beforehand. Avoid heavy alcohol the night before.
Medical history to share
Let the medical team know about chronic conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or anything else relevant. This helps the doctor confirm suitability and select the right protocol for you.
Medications and health conditions
Bring a list of any medications and supplements you currently take. Some IV protocols may not be suitable for certain conditions or medications, and a doctor will confirm this during your consultation.
What happens during consultation
Before your drip, a licensed doctor reviews your health information and confirms which program is appropriate. The IV is then prepared and administered by trained medical staff in a private wellness suite.
What to expect after IV therapy
Most guests can continue their day immediately after the appointment. Light meals, water and rest are recommended. If you have any concerns after your treatment, the clinic team is available to help.
If you feel unwell at any point during or after IV therapy, tell the medical team immediately.
